2022 Haymarket Addiction clients
The fall fundraiser was postponed to the spring and moved to a first ever evening gala.  The clients engaged in the first session of Questions? and did a workshop in Neurography.  It was a very profound workshop where clients connected an internal disturbance with calming the nerves down into a peace and calm state.  Their artwork was framed and put on the tables.  You can read more on the post of April 18 of Haymarket clients.

2021-2022  workshops were held with groups in individual homes
The year's theme was Questions??  It centered on 5 Questions that God asks us in order to go deeper and get at the heart of what we are currently going through.  At the end of each session are open ended questions to engage your group or family to encourage conversation and discussion trying to help us have honest conversations with one another and to get to know each other without judgements.

JULY 2019  PURPOSE BY DESIGN RETREAT-BLUE SKY DREAMS
For 10 years we have been joining Purpose By Design at a camp for teenage girls for a weekend of inspiration, motivation, skills of resilience, and listening art to allow them to hear from their Creator.
Each year The Maker's Space runs the ART WORSHIP portion of the retreat.  We use art as a tool to help them slow down and listen to what God wants to tell them.

This year's theme was Blue Sky Dreams and each of the 30 participating teens did a pour painting and learned how to interpret art by a series of questions and observation and listening to what God wanted to show them.  This year we set up an actual art gallery where the girls talked about their paintings and how it spoke to them about their Blue Sky dreams. Read more on the blog @BLUE SKY DREAMS
